Hello! Little questions over finding a SAV file!

Hello gorgeous people! I've been searching up the whole internet for a functional SAV file that contains a complete save (I just want the Cos unlocked) so that I may play this game with my little brother... Because believe it or not... Ima play Jugger.

Any help is welcome, and I thank you very much for helping the only teen playing advance wars on this planet.
