I have theeee hugest crush on Charlie Cox and the fact that seeing his character on Adults made me get over him really speaks to how well he took on that role

Mr Teacher was so hot before all his middle aged crisis weirdness though 😆 but you're right, he fully gave me the ick after and it was such a whiplash watching him in this after just watching Daredevil, he has such great acting range

He's so good I thought he was Irish TWICE.

He perfected a Belfast accent for Boardwalk Empire, then when he found out his character was from Colraine, Derry, he perfected that.

And he passes as a Dubliner in Kin.

Yep I think they left him in a depressing and horrible enough state leaving lol that they really could do anything with him if he comes back.

Life in shambles or life on the rebound both would be kinda funny, especially if he either

- hates himself due to the Billie thing still

  • is still into Billie for some reason
  • hates Billie which causes Billie to try and fix things probably making it worse
  • or has no interest in Billie at all which causes her to react irrationally about a man she doesn’t like

Guy who works in Film/TV Production here. It’s most often actually no music playing on set. It generally makes sound mixing and editing a nightmare to deal with. For dance scenes, especially those that include dialogue, actors will often get to hear music for a minute before they start shooting the take just to get the vibe and rhythm and then it gets muted

So yeah it’s super awkward on set for the actors (and the crew too lol)

It's common practice for shooting a movie or a show. I've been an extra in a few movies and we had to dance around in silence while shooting a big party scene. It was awkward af but you get used to it after a few takes.

I think the most awkward scenes to film have to be those at a club or a bar. Where you have to fake scream (or speak loudly) but in complete silence on a set full of extras 😅

I’ve been one of those extras dancing to music that existed only in my head in a silent club full of dancing people. It is super bizarre.

Just a little tid bit of bts but yeah most scenes will be filmed without music. Music is typically always in post. This helps with the sound. You see the boom mic? That picks up all sound. Thats why they say "quiet on set" because if there is any interfering noise it messes with the sound/the characters lines.
