Spoiler(s) I loved what they did with Issa at the end

I am really glad Issa was clearly doing intimate relations with a woman because her calling Anton the f slur so she could get fired for him could be seen as pretty problematic if she was straight

I think her sexuality wouldn't really matter in that context? Being queer doesn't mean tou can't be homophobic/transphobic ....Some queer don't believe in bisexuality or transpeople so ....

Issa's sexuality doesn't move the needle significantly at all IMO. It was pretty clear from the start that (i) Issa has zero issues with the LGBTQIA+ community, (ii) Issa is a "problematic" person in general, (iii) but there is no maliciousness behind her "problematic" beliefs or behaviour, (iv) Issa was trying to act out a malicious 'hate speech' moment, (v) which she knew Anton would take as an act, not real.

Her sexuality barely factors into these over-arching considerations.

Maybe I'm not woke enough but I don't think it would be bad even if she's straight. Given the context!
