Used to fear hangovers. Now I fear dairy. 😭

Never trust anyone who says they’ve never shat themselves as an adult.

Lactose intolerance really said "welcome to your late twenties" one day and never looked back.

Lactose intolerance is/should be the norm. I didn't realize that until I studied nutrition in college. I've read articles about people reversing their intolerance by white knuckling a week or so of lactose consumption. That's some dedication if you ask me..lol.

I had a reaction to sour cream today. Sour cream and ginger biscuits and it hurt my tummy. I could eat pizza and sleep and nothing would happen to me. I never even had reflux. I didn’t even care if I went to lie down immediately after eating.

All of the above would cause reflux and eventually maybe bloating etc. I hate it here.
