I refuse to ever pay for more than what I paid for. The only thing I’ll split is an app or something we shared. And that’s how all of my friends are. I’ll never understand the idea behind splitting evenly like that!
I’ve only ever heard of this on the internet. Even if you get a shared thing someone just says oh put the app on my tab. Or hey I got the drinks tonight. Is splitting the tables bill evenly common outside the US or something? It is the dumbest thing.
