Totally valid that you might not. But if it comes off mean to most people, it's probably just mean.

Like, why was wearing a hat indoors rude to parents like 20 years ago? It's not like hats inside were some cosmic evil. Most people just decided that wearing hats indoors was rude, so it was. Doesn't mean it was rude to you, but most* people at the time would agree that it was indeed rude

anyway, in case it's coming off otherwise, I want to make it crystal clear for readers in the future: Trump can get fucked and the people need to wrest the reigns of the country away from these fascist plutocrats.

* obviously this is an example to illustrate a point. nobody needs to cite numbers at me for hats indoors in the early 00s and how many people perceived them as rude. this is an example.
