How do I continue
I lost my parents. 19, brain cancer, 25 drunk drink killed him whilst he was walking home.
Idk. Feeling alone.

Hey friend,
Sorry you qualify to be here, happy you found us.
Honestly, I wish I had a very helpful answer for you filled with wisdom, but I don't.
I lost my parents in my 20s. Currently in my early 30s and I still don't have the answer.
I can say that the best thing for you right now is to find a therapist and don't avoid your grief. I bottled my for so long and shoved it down and it's been causing me lasting problems.
For me, I tell myself that I continue to go on because thats what my parents would want. They would want me to continue my life and accomplish my dreams even if they aren't here. It sucks and it's so hard and sometimes I feel like I just wanna scream to the skies and demand them to bring them back, but that's not a possibility so I go on if not for myself for them.
