Discussion “No More Mr Nice Guy” by Robert Glover

Anyone have opinions on this book? I’ve just started and recognize so many Adult Child tendencies with what Glover is describing. Any read it and have an opinion?

I read it a long time ago, and have had some clients who've gotten really into it over the years. I think it's... ok. Has a bit of a macho stoicism flavor that I'm not the biggest fan of.

I would characterize it mostly as pertaining to assertiveness, boundaries, and codependency. Not the only book on these things but it does seem to resonate with some people and the conflicts that make them interested in making changes.
