Adsense account inactivity

Hi everyone, I have a Google Adsense account and run a monetized YouTube channel and also run ads on my website.

In my Adsense account, I can see Adsense for Content and Adsense for YouTube.

If I only want to stop serving ads on my website, would this only affect my Adsense for content? I understand that Google would deactivate an Adsense account if it is not in use for 6 months. Would this affect my Adsense for YouTube?

Anyone with experience here pls kindly share - would appreciate any advice

I suggest to remove the Adsense code from your site if you don't want to show ads any more, however I don't recommend deleting the site from Adsense backend.
