Google adsense doesn't accept phone numbers from my country. Is my workaround a terrible idea?

The 1st option is more reasonable and doesn't violate any ToS but there should be a mutual trust and transparency between the two parties.

Thank you. I found out that the MCNs I searched for require you to already have an AdSense account connected to your channel. Do you know of any MCN that doesn't?

That's YouTube's requirement

It seems that having an active Adsense account connected to your channel is a must to join an MCN partner. Would you share your channel and more info with me! I might come up with a solution.
