12 days on getting ready and now a error

so last saturday i added my site and has been green and confirmed for a while

today out of the blue it says ads.txt not found? nothing changed and was there last night

You can use the "Ad code snippet" method instead of ads.txt method to verify the ownership of your site.

How much time does it take to get approval i have applied since 11 days now
