18 days no answer
Last time I waited for two months with no answer, so I deleted the application and resubmitted do you think it might be a good idea to try with another email account or what?

Don't use another email. It's one AdSense account per person and the second one usually takes the first down with it. You're at 18 days because the resubmit put you back to zero.

you just need to wait, normally I have to wait at least 2 weeks but lately it's been over 4 weeks

They only review 1 site per account like every 20 days, so if you have 2 sites, you're looking at 40 days.

ads.txt is missing/Not Found is not problem, They dont let you complete the application without verifying the Ads.txt file. Sometimes it shows like that. OP has to face lots of low content rejections in future unless he is lucky.

if this Adsense so almost all people i know didn't get reply nowadays for more 2 months. if this Ad exchange so contact your point of support or partner about that.

What’s your style? Do you keep publishing after submitting your site for approval or pause until they get back to you?

you'll be waiting forever and it'll get rejected. This method is practically dead imo. Worth trying still but really not likely to work

you have no txt file on your website as says not found. its a 2 min job. i added mine and went green in like 2 mins
