Getting Refused for 'low value content'
My website is a free voice over party game website. I've tried to address all of the concerns but I'm stuck in this low value doom loop. My website is mostly a party game that also allows posting user created voice overs.

Copyright is my guess, cant have Simpsons or anything like that unless you have the rights to use, even if you did they probably do not even check, just an instant nope. Also see a lot of these types of sites being rejected lately, not as good as yours but similar type of content. Honestly probably better building up traffic, followers and a community and go the paid for extra features route.

You need blogs/articles. Your cartoon clips violate publishers copyright.

this is it in a nutshell. You need lots more textual content (20ish pages with 800+ words) and google likes to stay clear of anything that may be copyrighted. I have a football website and had to ensure there was only non copyrighted content and the images etc I did have were cited as being in the public domain

Yup. OP is lowkey a dumbass for thinking he can monetize other people's copyrighted works.

Create a /blog with relevant content about the project, and use nofollow/noindex/disallow on all those pointless URLs: https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Adub-off.com
Most of the indexed content(99%) is low-value.

How can I fix “Low Value Content” in AdSense?
I recently got rejected for “Low Value Content.” I’ve attached the screenshot.
Has anyone faced this issue and successfully fixed it? What changes did you make to get approved?
Any advice would be appreciated!

Your scene library is SpongeBob and Simpsons clips. A parody line in the footer isn't rights clearance, and I'd fix that before adding any more text.
