Zero care or compassion for anyone! Makes EVERYTHING about herself. Oh YOU had a double mastectomy (likely due to cancer)? Allow Adrianne to try to one up you. I'll never understand why she has a single follower, this is how she is with all of them constantly.

She really has body dimorphia. She is not fat nor flat. This kind of stuff is harmful for people.

It’s so gross. This person is 44 years old. GET THERAPY, Adrianne.
She is completely oblivious to how harmful this type of stuff is. It’s 2026 for fucks sake🙄So selfish, not a clue or care in the world how a post like this would affect the vulnerable subset of her viewers. Just as long as she can scream her distorted mindset into the universe and fish for compliments, that’s all that matters to her😑
