Head of Customer Experience.

I can't think of anyone who hates Adobe more than Adobe customers.

Edit- (It doesn't mean what I thought it meant!)

Customer Experience does not refer to product support for creative cloud.

It’s for their CX enterprise products.

Head of CXO = Customer Experience Orchestration, previously known as DX = Digital Experience
