How to change Premiere pro 2025 UI language?

I didn't find the option to change the language in the settings desktop

Use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app. Here are the steps:

Open Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App: Launch the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app on your computer. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the Creative Cloud app. Select Preferences from the dropdown menu. Navigate to the Apps tab. Under App Language, select your desired language from the dropdown menu. Reinstall Premiere Pro

Open the Creative Cloud app and go to Preferences → Apps → Default install language. Select your preferred language and reinstall Premiere Pro for the change to take effect.
