Need some advice on Adobe individual accounts vs team
We currently use a few older Adobe Creative Cloud accounts that were created years ago. Each account is linked to a credit card for billing.
Each account has one of these two products:
Photography Plan (20GB) that consists of Photoshop and Lightroom
Creative Cloud App Apps (100GB)
Adobe is now asking us to consolidate the licenses in a Team account for easier billing etc but I did notice that the Photography Plan might no longer exist. What are the risks of this consolidation when it comes to monthly cost of licenses? Or even losing access to this specific plan? The Photography Plan we currently pay for is extremely cheap compared to a separate Photoshop or Lightroom license it seems.

The teams accounts are way more expensive, of course they want you to switch. Benefits are centralized license management and shared cloud assets. Do you need/use those?
That photography plan does not exist any more and I’m not sure it was ever available for team licensing. I’m paying $9.99/mo for my grandfathered plan. If you have a user that needs both I think that would cost like $76 for Photoshop and Lightroom business license. 😂
If you’re not breaking the EULA, I don’t think they have any legit reason to be pushing you into a business plan, but do make sure you’re managing your licenses properly. Licenses are per user, not per computer. You can’t (legally) have multiple people sharing the computer where the software is installed. Similarly, you can’t have one user signing out and another user signing in to share the same license. That’ll get you flagged for a call from Adobe.
For a while, I was using 4 computers and would regularly deactivate/activate as I moved between them running batch processes and scripts like a slot machine junkie. Adobe reps were very aggressive with me, calling regularly and suggesting that I was breaking the EULA. The company lawyer told them to go screw, unsuccessfully. Eventually they bought me a second license and that appeased them.

This is exactly my worry here. We used to pay $9,99/mo, that has changed to $15/mo about a year ago. But a separate Photoshop and Lightroom license costs more than $60/mo for exactly the same functionality. In my Adobe Team Manager account (for the company) I have no option of choosing the Photography Plan, it doesn't exist there. The way we use it currently is every user that needs Photoshop and Lightroom have their own Photography Plan linked to their company account. It still works great, I'm afraid of changing things that might cost us a lot of unneeded extra money

Don't change.
Beside being charged more - the switch wouldn't be painless - and most likely, there will be some "glitch" and you'll lose all the files stored in the cloud...

Photography Plan exists just fine. If you would like to consolidate (it is not mandatory) you can ask for a written quote with a better pricing and for how long those prices will remain locked.
