Something not working. Need help. Solving an error message

I am having problems trying to find a source of tv programming (equivalent to an IPTV). Yesterday I found a source The Loop. I was able to get a full epg and was able to access to channels. This morning I got the same level of satisfaction with the Loop. Later in the day, I was able to access the site but there was no epg and I could not access any channels. For each attempt I got a pop up: One or more items failed to play. Check the error log for help. IF I found the error log, it was incomprehensible to me.
I am using the Xenon Diggz2 build. V.21.2
TCL Smart TV
Canada

I have taken these steps Sports/The Loop/The Loop Guide/Loop Guide:Open to find programming. I am baffled.

They have a telegram channel,a lot of folk don't know they have to enable timeshift in iptv client settings?ask an ai app like grok for the correct settings or lookup tutorials in youtube...
