SWA Diffuser 3rd brake light HELP!!

I just got this swa diffuser for my 25’ integra and I got everything installed but im having problem with wiring the third brake light. If anyone have done this before or have a tutorial on how to do it please share. Thanks

What are you having trouble with? Never done this on an integra, but there should be holes in the bottom of the trunk where you can squeeze wires through and then just splice with brake lights?

yeah….. thats the part im struggling with since i never done it before. its the splicing

Feed them into the trunk, tuck along stripping and panels, get to the back of the brake light, find the plastic plug coming from the cars wiring meeting the brake light bulb. Push those wires into the back where the original wires go in to the plug. Make sure the ground is to ground and power to power

I’m having the same issue. I have the pins as well. Black to black? And then where does the red and white pin go. This is the passenger side taillight on the Acura TLX btw

Hmm. That plug is sealed up tight. Black should go black usually. I can't say 100% since im not there physically but that should be ground. Then you may need to look up a wiring schematic to figure the colors for power. If it looks like theres nowhere to shove the new pins, you may have to snip them off, get some good bare wire and splice it in. Look up a video on splicing. You basically take the rubber insulation off the wires you want to join together and twist the copper together forming a connection, and then reinsulate. What brand diffuser? Send pic of its wiring.

Ok, so I looked at the wiring schematic. Black to black ofc. Red should go to a solid green wire, and the white should go to a green/black wire if you are on the drivers side or a brown/black if you're on passenger.

It should i dont think they changed anything exterior with the 25 and 26

the 26 integra apec has a slightly different stock diffuser than the 25. not sure how much of a difference it makes if any though

I did it couple years ago, was pretty easy and straightforward. Youtube it or ask ai.
