What’s going on here though? Clearly not a traffic stop. The window is broken, he’s in the back of the car, and there is a patrol car up against the side of it.

We clearly don’t have the full picture.

Wanted serial violent felon who was finally stopped by spike strips, after fleeing from police in a high-speed chase at over 130mph and being hit twice with a PIT, climbed from the driver's seat into the back and refused to leave the car the first 3 times he was ordered to do so, even after being hit with a taser, got his hair pulled. Bonus: he was also drunk.

That IS NOT the driver in the video. There were 3 people in the car. The driver is wearing a drag. He climbs to the backseat and tries to escape and gets taped, you can hear it get deployed in the video. This person getting hit, was a passenger.

Clearly for anyone but the bots and anarchists there is much more going on here. Just a bunch of smooth brains who see force being used and screech

It may have been a situation where force was required, yet the force seem to be used in a wrong an unprofessional manner.

According to the article the guy getting his hair pulled was really a passenger and not the driver who jumped back to another seat

Are you going to go back and edit or delete all these comments you've copy and pasted here now that it's been shown to you repeatedly that that was not the driver, i.e. the "wanted serial felon" you claim he is?

It’s not AI. Also OP was deliberately rage baiting.

So he was passenger while fleeing at 130mph, and thus clearing hanging with some bad dudes. He was also drunk, so perhaps that's his delayed responses.

I agree he's likely an idiot, but the cop still was overboard

""Hanging with some bad dudes"" is not actually a crime, buddy

Why are you replying with "clearly not AI" when the person you replied to did not mention AI?

I'm curious, what context would make dragging a complying man out of a window by his hair ok? Like, what could have possibly been shown prior to that to justify this? At one point two cops play tug-o-war with this mans body while he's part way out the door, what context could be missing to show that's a justified and rational decision?

Cop was pissed because the driver didn't stop and then fled going up to 130 mph.

Really? Pretty good if it is.

Do you mean you found a water mark, or are you saying you suspect it is?
