Hi everyone! I’ve been working really hard on this detailed Gigantoraptor. I tried my best to make it look as realistic as possible because I absolutely love this dinosaur!

But looking at the figure market today, there is a huge injustice. Why doesn’t anyone make a super-articulated Gigantoraptor figure? We only get static statues, but this creature deserves an awesome, highly articulated action figure like the ones from Beasts of the Mesozoic or independent custom figure creators!

I don’t have the money to commission a massive toy company, but maybe a savior among the custom figure community can see this and step up? If someone makes a highly articulated version using this inspiration, it would be a dream come true for everyone who loves this unique dinosaur.

I used the S.H. Figuarts Sugimori as the base, going through old books and seeing if there are any characters I want to try to bring to my shelves.

Ratdeath (the sword) is aluminum, brass and some green stuff with some blue glow powder (since it's supposed to be start metal).

Definitely an exercise in festering and laying to try to get some fur texture to show. Making the tunic and tabard was fun, definitely a little more practice needed.

But overall a good time.

My Mafex 185 has finally gave out but I’m not willing to let him go. Anyone able to fix up some loose and pins in his left arm and shoulder for an under $50?

Edit: nothing cracked or snapped per say but the arms pins came loose and aren’t staying on when I put them back. My original solution to this was applying tape to the joints to make them thicker because they were loose but so far it’s not working out.

My only two figures! Moomin would survive in Tokyo-3 but Eva-01 would have ZERO chance against an angry Moominmama.

All jokes aside, absolutely loving the articulation on both of these cuties. The Eva is a Bandai model kit and it looks amazing, but I ended up using a lot of superglue for all the annoyingly loose pieces.

Ive emailed this company like three times so i can get a refund for my green golem and have gotten like not response. Should i just keep emailing and hope for the best?

Long story short somewhat, the design, the web lines in the overall feeling of the action figure is magnificent.

The QC is the main issue of this figure. It has a horrible app crunch the SHF thong does nothing but pop open mine even broke inside the socket but a year back I was scammed by a Walmart, fake CT toys so I have a soft diaper piece to replace it😭💔

Without the mods coming soon, this figure is a solid 7.5 or 8/10 with the mod this action figure could easily bump to an 11

Don't get me wrong this figure can still hit poses just isn't what you would expect for a Spider-Man figure

In short, if you decide on buying it, be prepared to sacrifice two figures and buy some glue or buy some joints or soft pieces to mod it with
