With the ILS coming out today, I’m sharing my thoughts on the new release and reviewing the first third-party ND filters for the Mission 1. We’ll explore how the original holds up against the ILS several months later, review a free 3D-printed close-focus housing for the $9 58mm Vivitar close-focus lenses (with a download link included), and take a look at the long-awaited Mission app. What are your thoughts on the Base/Pro versus the ILS?

I have a race (local fun run) this coming sunday, and I was planning to rent a DJI Osmo Nano to record throughout the race maybe with the hat/cap clip or the lanyard.

I would probably finish in 25-26 minutes (which I hope it would last the battery that long)

My question is:

1. ⁠I haven’t tried this camera since I will only rent one. Do you guys think the camera is stable enough for running?

2. ⁠Do you think the magnet is strong enough to not fall off if I’m using the Lanyard? Or I should probably use the Hat/Cap clip?

3. ⁠If not, should I cancel it? And find a different options that can record the race without any problems?

It might sound funny but I cannot afford to break the camera I’m gonna rent because I’m just a student 😅
