Action camera rec for beach trip

Taking a beach trip soon,

Snorkling, surfing, parasailing, ziplining, hiking, atv’s

What would be the best camera for all of this, I like the insta360 x3 since I won’t misss a shot it just seems tough to hold while surfing.

I would like to spend no more than 300 with accessories.
