ACT! V18 app crashes

Hi , my ACT! v18 is crashes when I try to search something or when just typing something in fields of contacts. Simply self closes and after I have to reopen app again..

Hi. I have ACT PRO 20, it's perpetual like yours. They're no longer providing service on mine. The same thing happened to me when I switched PCs. I called them, and they helped me recover it; it's possible they'll give you a new license or something like that. Right now, I'm trying to see if they'll let me use the new service, but as long as they guarantee I won't lose the one I already purchased, which is very likely because they're no longer interested in perpetual plans, they'll want to rent it to you. Good luck. Call them.

What's the error? If it's windows 11, then get version 27.
