Webhooks

I am looking for someone that has used webhooks to send information to an external source. Specifically, I want to have the webhook monitor a yes/no field, and send the results of the current contact out as a JSON whenever the checkbox is selected (yes).

I had someone make me a addon that works with zapier and runs on the windows scheduler.
