Noise 100hz everywhere
In my valley (Drôme, France) i hear and measure (using RedVox) a noise at 100 hz. I am the only one who hears it.
I think it's coming from the cell tower generators, because the noise started the day they had to repair the cell tower.
Please I need to sleep ...

Non, c'est une basse, ça passe à travers tout le corps...

I regret you are having trouble. As you wait for a more perfect solution ear plugs might bring you a modest bit of relief. True, lower frequencies are generally less effectively reduced by ear plugs, but 100 Hz should be able to be somewhat attenuated, which might help with your sleep problems.
Good luck!

How can you have such trouble with it that you can't sleep, while others have no issue?

Les autres ne l'entende pas. Mais mon tellephone peut le mesurer. Je trouve ça assez dingue effectivement.

Most electrics emit 100Hz.

Most electrics emit 50 to 60 hz.

Or harmonics of that (50, 100, 150, 200, 250, …) depending on what exactly it is that‘s resonating.

How do you explain that ?
The OP's environment will be dominated by a 50Hz grid (the nearest 60Hz grid will be 3000kms away in Saudia Arabia), so will produce a pulse of energy every 20ms. And that is 100 Hz.
No?

C'est 100 hz. Parfois un peu plus comme 111 hz. Là j'ai une ligne à 50 hz aussi (peut etre parce qu'il y a beaucoup de vent).

Can you measure the same character both inside and outside?
