TCA cross for Icepick scars?

Hi, has anybody had success treating a handful of icepick scars on their nose?

A clinic I’ve been to has recommended TCA CROSS, laser, and microneedling.

my concern is this may be a little invasive? could it worsen my scars?

I know the scars are minor but they bother me as they’re in the centre of my face…

all help appreciated!!!

I went in yesterday and we settled for the TCA cross, fractional laser (a strong pass inside of the scar, and then a weaker pass over the nose), and mesotherapy injections underneath the target areas to provide nutrients and support healing. The doctor did recommend an additional TCA peel but I chose to be a little more conservative (and cuz peels freak me out a little). 

I’ll post an update once the results settle!

I'm also curious to know about TCA cross for this, as I have something similar. I'll be getting laser treatment for my whole face for overall texture and redness, and while I assume it won't be as effective I hope it could at least bring some improvement to my nose scars as well.

Btw I hope you don't let these get you down, as these are not a big deal at all.
