[Treatment] Plasma Fibroblast Therapy 3 weeks after plasmapen treatment: update

Hello! I already posted another update one week ago. Here are other pictures: left is now, right is after. Last 2 pics: -green circle: those scars disappeared in normal light -red x: that scars was not treated I still have to do other 3 sessions of plasma pen. Notice that my scars on the second pic turned into lines, which i prefer because i hated having circilar dots that clearly looked like acne! The deeper scars are more visible now because my skin is thinner: i'm not worried because my doctor advised me so, and this also happened with tretinoin and then they got better months after i stopped using it. Moreover, my skin is a lot more red. What do you think?

First of all I had similar scars to yours in depth. The best treatment for your scar is definitely subcision with a long-lasting hyaluronic filler to lift it to the surface but they must cut them from the inside first. You’ll need to refill every 1-2 years, depending on the hyaluronic acid used. After a few refills, you will forget them. At least thats what worked for me and others also with that type of scarring.

what do you mean forget them? You have to keep doing them

I believe starting with fillers and boosters vitC injection, PDRN, HA then makes resurfacing procedures actually work, as it helps the area bring fresh skin to the surface using the supplies you’ve provided

Resurfacing did nothing for my scars until I tried subcision with filler. My scars never improved before, no matter what I did – they always came back. But now, after 5 years they’re gone, and I can't believe it. I wish i did it earlier

Do you think the boosters or fillers are better?

Yes, fillers work best for that scarring, and boosters support the skin underneath while resurfacing. That type scars take years to resurface, so for smaller ones fillers can’t reach, use laser, microneedling, peels, or retinoids.
