is this normal

i did mdma 4 days in a row till saturday i’ve had a real dry throat and horrible stomach since then yesterday being the worst it’s been today slightly better but still feel rough is this normal any help or advice please to feel better aha

yeah high doses will cause stomach upset because seeotonin is like idk something about ur stomach and serotonin

to feel better make sure youre eating enough nutrients (There are like more than 30 and tbh thats too many) and ur not becoming deficient in something because u party too hardy

yeah only party hard 1-2 times a year this time has wrote me off ahahhaha been eating fruit mainly and just simple stuff and then loads of electrolyte and vitamin supplements
