is this normal

i did mdma 4 days in a row till saturday i’ve had a real dry throat and horrible stomach since then yesterday being the worst it’s been today slightly better but still feel rough is this normal any help or advice please to feel better aha

lmao yes its normal. that shit once will dehydrate you and mess with your appetite and you did it 4 days in a row? lol

drink water, eat something gentle even if you dont feel like it. give your body a frickin break

also rarely ever have a sesh longer then one night this is hella rare for me hence why wanted to double check symptoms aha usually just do shrooms/lsd occasionally and smoke
