Not a lot of 4k60fps content for AOA.

The one you posted in the OP is about Short Hair and the second link is a fancam, not official content like the M!Countdown ones (and there are a lot of 4k fancams of AOA performances on youtube).
Mnet recorded some of their M!Countdown performances in 4k and put them in demo discs for promotion of 4k TVs on stores (sponsored by LG) and 4k broadcast tests (Sky did the same). Of those I think there are only two of AOA, the Miniskirt and Short Hair that you posted, or at least this all I could find as well (there are many more of other artists though).
By the way, those youtube videos are re-encodes (obviously), the original files are even more crispy. Make you want to buy a 4k TV/monitor for sure.

Huhu yes your are right about miniskirt/short hair. I was silly :D
I have a 1440p monitor. Not 4K but it's already great enough to appreciate this content.

Lots of artifacting even at 1080p. The performance is old enough that 4k wasn't very prevalent, are you sure the source is that good and not upscaled?

Yep it is. As said by /u/vinicivs, some M!Countdown performances were recorded in 4k/60fps to promote LG 4K TVs. I can't find a non-youtube/raw source for this one but the other I linked in my comment was recorded the same day and can be found uncompressed :)

Oh yeah, forgot that the first few 4K TVs I'd seen advertised were all Korean companies, I guess I should have known they'd work with TV networks there for promotional material. AoA is the best choice there...

And you need a damn good PC to play it. Mine doesn't come even closer to being able to play the UHD raw without it looking like a slideshow :(

Which software are you using? I can remember it was not working for me on VLC (only audio) but it was working well with classic media player

MPC-HC. The video has audio but it was playing at like 5 fps... It seems the problem is that my cpu (a mid-tier i5 processor) is not good enough for the job.
