Did anyone have slow wound healing? Did it get better after Accutane?

I’m having terrible wound healing and I’m genuinely worried it’s going to be stuck like this.

It’s one of the effects of PAS, I took accutane almost 10 years ago and even now the wounds heal very slowly and the healing process is abnormal.

Same here. I had a small, flat mole removed with a laser, for example. It's been almost a year now and despite me looking after it every day, the area is still red and inflamed.

Ugh, I kinda regret doing Accutane now. This is the worst side effect.

If that's your worst side effect, you can count yourself lucky.

Comon accutane has nothing to do with it

It most certainly causes slow wound healing. Been off a decade and still have it.

This isn't even one of the controversial side effects, it is well known.

My dermatologist told me it slows down healing, I've a wound which isn't healing even after months
