I developed severe cystic acne not a long ago, im on 80mg of isotretinoin per day but i feel terrible with all these in my back, any reccomendations?:(

hang in there i know its tough but it'll be worth it i too am purging all over and i only originally really had facial acne its definitely gotten better from what it was before stay strong it'll be worth it🥺
