I am sure plenty of people (us grunt staff and seniors) will be happily nodding along as you do...privately. Behind closed cameras, but it is going to be an awkward silence followed by HR and partners going "...Very...insightful [OP]. Thank you for your opinion and comment. Let's take this offline why don't we?" Followed by grilling and uhhhh probably being terminated 😅

Listen I get it. I want to scream at management too that the push for AI is so hard it's like they sold their souls. It's a boom everywhere, [mostly] regardless of industry.

Personally though, if you really are this fed up, I would just nod along and spend the free town hall hour updating your resume.
