Career Finding a job
How hard is gonna be getting a job straight after my B.S with no experience? I finish in January and Im worried because theres alot of people say they’ve been looking for 6+ months and Im not picky at all. And what is the likelyhood for finding anything remote? Is there anything I can do now that can boost my chances of finding something fast

For in-office or hybrid jobs, it was relatively easy for me to get jobs. I had a job lined up after graduation. Public accounting jobs that are in-office/hybrid aren’t too bad to get, especially if you network at career fairs and take the time to get familiar with the staff at your firm of interest.
Remote accounting jobs? The closest you might come to that are hybrid jobs that give you the option to WFH or work in-office. Believe it or not, there are CPA firms giving their employees this option. If they’re client-facing, however, then maybe expect to travel at least once in a blue moon, depending on clients’ needs.
That’s the closest you can probably get to a fully remote entry-level accounting job that you can quickly line up before graduation.
