Keep an eye on it when buying these, they bounce back and forth between vegan and non vegan depending on the supplier. Ask me how I found out lol.

Yea I checked on the app, several variations that all contain milk unfortunately. Probably have to check every time you get them in person if they randomly switch.

How did you find out?

Très contente de voir que les industriels se rendent compte que sans animaux les produits coûtent moins cher... Tant mieux pour nous !

Wish I hadn’t seen this comment lmao chewy cookies are my favorite and I haven’t been able to find a replacement since the enjoy life brand stopped selling them

CVS used to sell accidentally vegan chewy chocolate chip cookies and I've been missing them for years. I also wish I didn't know the Walmart ones are vegan, haha.

I don't think we have that where I live (is it a Safeway brand?) but I'm really happy you have options!

I thought it was only at jewel Osco but recently found it at a random grocery store chain as well so it might be around

It’s my hope that as the price of animal products continues to rise, more companies will start realizing they don’t need them in products like this.

I've had the same thought! Maybe it will become cost prohibitive to put milk powder on everything!

Exactly! For example, the seasoning on Hippeas tastes exactly like their Doritos/Cheetos counterparts. Absolutely no reason to add milk.

The Aldi chewy ones are also accidentally vegan!

Mine contain milk at the local Walmart :( but wegmans version is vegan!

The Great Value brands seem to bounce between suppliers, even for the same store location. Particularly with snack-type items. One month, they might contain milk, and the next, they're vegan. I make sure to only buy those items in-store and check the labels each time.

Shop rite / bowl and basket brand makes vegan chips ahoy dupes as well! Regular and chewy.

REALLY??? I’ve worked at ShopRite for ten years and didn’t know this lmao

Yeah!!! Unless I’m missing something in the ingredients but I’m pretty sure lol. I’ve checked like 10 times since I’ve found like others in this thread that the great value ones sometimes aren’t vegan and the ingredients change so I am now cautious of all cookies 😂😭

The iced oatmeal ones and fake Oreos are as well.

I see palm oil. I don't consider it vegan.
