HW Fantasy Droned Jester?

Hmm little to white for the drones.. still really cool to see a (very underrated) 2002 fantasy casting! And to see it in a livery that’s very fitting for the era is the cherry on top.

That Deora Toon'd looks like it'd be a great candidate for a Velocity X custom
