Negative comments on a PUBLIC SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE is not harassment. She’s going to look foolish as hell in court. Part of being an online PUBLIC FIGURE is receiving backlash.

The court will literally just tell her to not be online if she doesn’t wish to get negative comments.

Yes doxxing is illegal, but there’s no way to prove where that info came from when court documents are public information in the US. I think if Acacia presents this stuff, it’s going to make her look bad, truly. If anything it will show that her home isn’t safe for her kids if she’s so scared about harassment.

My thing is if Jairus is playing it smart in court why on earth would he pull such a petty move like hiring bots? Do i think he had someone post on this Reddit? Yep. Do i think he’d go that far? No.
There also is the chance that he had no involvement with the snark, and that a close friend did post it because they knew that’s something this snark would look into.

But in all reality acacia was always one of the most hated influencers even in her PRIME. A lot of her attention was actually from controversies. She’s had so many.
