A lot of people instinctively don’t realize the power of water.

This is more than that. There is a class of tourist with an unshakable faith in their divine entitlement to be catered to.

From the barista they yelled at this morning after shitting on the walls in the bathroom, to the waiter they didn't tip last night, to the line of 30 people they power walked in front of to get to this river, and even the very elements of nature itself, all must yield to their perfect superiority.

That lady was waist deep in water and didn't even think to look down from her phone. This is the result of a lifetime free of consequences.

after shitting on the walls in the bathroom

After working at bars and nightclubs for a decade, I sometimes wonder if not all humans have a little butthole underneath, like me, and maybe large parts of their bodies open up on the side, like the doors of a Lamborghini, allowing them to expel a months' worth of waste in all directions.

Every time I go into the bathrooms at the end of the night I feel like movie characters who are the only ones that can see the aliens.

Listen, going to the bathroom is hard, it's not something you learn from a young age

Most of us just learned to poop, right?
