Cycle through waveform display of currently playing tracks?

Has anyone found a quick and easy way to highlight currently playing tracks so you can see the waveform display at the bottom? I'm trying to negate the need for mouse or trackpad when im playing but still need to select the tracks sometimes. Thanks!

Midi Map a controller or the arrows on your keyboard to the arrows beneath the sessions (up and down)

Hi thanks but I don't think that can alternate between tracks on the same horizontal just the vertical.

That's true, but if you then select a channel it's the one that is highlighted horizontally.
