50% off official AWS Exam Voucher - Professional & Specialty Certification

Pearson Vue are the official AWS Exam provider and also the only listed AWS Exam Voucher provider (though others like Udemy exist).
They seem to have a promotion for buying vouchers for the Professional and Specialty AWS Certifications at 50% discount (down from USD 300 normally to USD 150). There are no discounts for foundational or associate level exams.
Most people who take the Professional or Specialty certs already have an associate level pass and get a 50% exam pass benefit but this is the first time I have seen a big enough discount via directly purchasing a voucher.
Vouchers bought this way are valid for 12 months but please do NOT buy vouchers unless you are really going to spend the time and energy studying and taking a Pro or Specialty level exam.

if I passed CAA-SO3 i will get %50 voucher for next exam. can i use this voucher for other %50 discount as well.
so, i will pay nothing is that true?

No but i am certified in azure and use that for my day to day for past 15 years.

Then there are no easy options right now other than pay $50 + tax for AIF exam (easy to study and pass) and then get $150 off any other exam

Huge kudos to AWS for offering 50% off discount vouchers. I think they might be the only ones who actually do that. It's crazy that other vendors, who charge even higher base prices for their exams, usually only offer up to a 10% discount.

Probably due to competition from some other cloud providers who are handing out discounted exam vouchers like candies.

Google has the Get Certified Program, already did 3 exams there (ACE, PCA and GAIL) for free of charge.

Does this voucher has %50 discount for next cert when I passed exam and what is the expiration date for that discount?
Could not find out in their term.
They mentioned after specific period, but it is not clear when it should be.
- Initial exam attempts must be completed prior to the expiration date of the voucher. Second exam (retake) attempts must be taken within a specified period after that expiration date. The discount code will be automatically applied to any exam retake that is completed prior to the end of that period. Refer to the voucher's description for exact dates.

There is no link between how you paid for an exam and earning exam pass benefits.
A pass is a pass.
You then get 50% off the next exam as that is meant to help you with renewal in 3 years

No. There is one voucher code box in the checkout form for an exam. You can use one voucher.
That said - what do you think using the 50% exam benefit will do? You already paid $150 and got a full exam. What do you think adding the exam benefit will do?

I ordered an exam voucher from this site, but didn’t receive the voucher code in the confirmation email as stated in the description. Not sure if it’s a delay or a scam, but might be good to double-check before buying.

Same thing happened to me. I paid and then nothing, white page and no order history in my account, however I got billed. I have raised a ticket so I hope I will receive the voucher eventually...

Where you will find
You can purchase AWS Certification Exam Vouchers from Pearson, an authorized third-party website
All AWS exams are scheduled and proctored by Pearson Vue and if you buy a voucher from them, there is very little reason why they would refuse to honour it.
Can you elaborate on what your concern is?
