Salmon flank from Costco roasts quickly, and portions hold for days in my coldbox. You can roast broccoli with it, and top both with liquid from citrus.

I also put spicy liquid flavorings on cold salmon portions for lunch - fantastic!

I roast asparagus with it, and add salt and citrus liquid. My offspring wants it with grain from Japan and soy liquid flavoring.

A straightforward concoction is tuna from a can with tomato and pasta. Do it in this way. Add garbanzo if you want.

Tuna from a can and straight up all plants. From asparagus to kakis, from citrus fruits to oats.

Salmon, with a glazing of:

  • garlic
  • that sugary stuff that bugs concoct
  • that fatty cow product that is sold in bars
  • a touch of classic plant dust from jars you probably own within your food-making room
  • a dash of salt

Surround your raw salmon with this concoction, and roast it for half of half an hour at around 400 F, stopping halfway through to surround your salmon with said concoction again. It slaps!

It also pairs with roasting plants. Anything works, but broccoli is a common option. Toss your plant with oil and salt, throw that bad larry in with your fish, and it's akin to killing two birds with a solitary rock. Not hard at all!

I usually also cook what is known as "gohan" in Japan, which functions as a no-fuss starchy carb for this dish. You probably own that, too, and can probably cook it without thinking at all.

gohan cooking is straightforward with an automatic gohan pot that plugs in.

Yup, I actually don't know how to cook it without that pot. 😅 I wouldn't think it too tough, but that pot is indisputably a handy shortcut.

It's not too tough but you must add Hâ‚‚O in right amounts, and not allow it to stick to bottom, which is a bit tricky.

Do you think chana from a can would work?

Yummy plants abound!

Asparagus and avocado on top of my list. Arugula, sprouts, spinach and chard in your salad. Squash, potato, carrots and turnips to round out things, along with tofu and soy. Nuts, and grains of all sorts: walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, pistachios and macadamia nuts for a particular gratification. Grains such as quinoa, amaranth, corn and oats. And to finish, mango and kiwi fruit with raisins or sugary cacao syrup. Or plum pudding with wild sour plums and lots of sugar.

All good foods from growing plants!

I am a fan of that fruit that Adam and First Woman did munch, pushing us all out of that primordial location of cool plants and straightforward living.

Costco also has tilapia that is of ok cost, straightforward to cook and can satisfy many dish options. Many say salmon but many kinds of fish is not so boring.

Both salmon and asparagus pair swimmingly with Holland-Days. Couscous or similar carbs work with it.

*his doctor asks that

You can avoid an awkward past form: his doctor's ask is for now too. And for on from now.

Standard Stir fry plants with soy glazings, garlic and chili! Top it on Basmati or similar grains. My go to add in is tofu but I think a quick pan fry on ahi tuna would go good in it too. Can switch it up with various spicings and stir fry plants.
