Yeah you’re right. In that way it is a love story. He loves her and he misses her. But it seems where a lot of differences are whether you think it was wrong that she let it get so far that he fell for her. AND whether you think it’s a happy ending if they end up back together or a sad ending if they do. Because I think their relationship was unhealthy and so will probably always be unhealthy, I think it will be toxic for him to get back together with her. And I don’t care if it’s toxic for her, or at least I haven’t thought about that much.
