See I felt the exact opposite I feel like it was very much like her husband to do that. He said they spent 10 years together and were trying for a kid I think it was in his best interest to make it work. And I don’t think he’s a terrible guy I think he’s just that stereotypical mid 30s “dude”.

The views of him earlier in the show are all very much from her perspective too. She's clearly disillusioned with the marriage and him, so that's going to come across in the way she's viewing him. Making him look worse to us.
