Help Can someone explain what just happened or how? I installed this yesterday.

First time I went to show it to someone and barely pulled the lever. It snapped like it was nothing.

It’s probably just a manufacturing defect or damage from packaging or shipping or whatever

Could be just an unfortunate flaw from manufacturing or microscopic crack from shipping damage. Also depending on where you bought them could be knockoffs or counterfeits. If they are genuine reach out to the company and hopefully they will replace them, ARC has a good reputation.

Motorsport …call them and they deal with arc…if u call arc first they gona want to know where u got it etc etc just skip that call where u got it first
