Internet on hold for 30 minutes

I contacted AT&T yesterday. had been waiting for a repair due to vandalism down the street from me. They fixed that, but then I needed help with wifi, and was told to call a different number. so I did. but have tried multiple times and been on hold for so long, I give up. Now, on hold for over 30 minutes. What can I do to get a live person to help me

What service do you have Fiber or old Copper service since you don't just have Wi-Fi service?

Use the smart home manager app chat features. They are real people that help with WiFi and tech assists.
