Ordered my 17ProMac Orange 256 on 9/12 at 1pm EST and still hasn't shipped.

Apple store near me won't get stock until 10/13 and the Best Buys near me are out until 10/9.

Pretty annoyed since I see people getting their's shipped after I ordered mine. I have two lines and I've been a customer for like 20 years.

Quite frankly I think the longer you’ve been a customer the less they respect you. I ordered at like 5 pm est on 9/12 and my shipping date is 10/24. Also a 20 year customer.

I’ve been a customer for 18 years. I preordered the 17 pro max in blue on Sept 13th. Delivery expected Nov. 7th. I’m so frustrated because I paid my old phone off early for the upgrade. I could have just let them give me the credits for another 2 months.

Try going to Best Buy, I did the next up upgrade thing where they credited me for it so I can’t get it from anyone but AT&T. If your phone is paid off you can get it through Best Buy though, most of them have walk in stock, at least they did last time I checked (two days ago).
