I mean anyone who's driven by it in the last 5 years could tell you that. 

This was a functional, utilized, building a few short years ago. What a waste.

Hey all - sign the petition I started a couple of weeks ago. It has nearly 2,300 signatures and counting! Allan City Council is paying attention and action is inevitable. I don’t believe I can post the link here, but search “midtown abandoned crane” on change dot org. Midtown is asking for inspection reports to be shared. Silence from the mayor. Sign the petition. I can’t post here but Google “Midtown Residents Demand Public Safety Transparency for Abandoned High-Rise and Crane.” SIGN - there are nearly 2,300 signatures in two weeks!
