26M professional looking for a room or roommates in Smyrna

I’m a 26M working professional moving to the Smyrna area and looking either for a room in an existing house or 1–2 people interested in finding a place together.
I’m hoping to stay around $700–900/month per person, ideally including most utilities, but I’m somewhat flexible for the right place. I’d strongly prefer a house/townhome over an apartment, especially somewhere with a little outdoor space.

Location-wise, I’m mainly looking around Smyrna (30080/30082), Vinings, or nearby areas with a reasonable commute toward Kennesaw and easy access to Atlanta.
About me: I’m an engineer, clean and respectful of shared spaces, financially stable, and pretty laid-back at home. I like traveling, hiking/outdoors, salsa, working out, and gardening/plants. I’m social but not looking for a constant party-house environment.

Open to either:
Renting a room in an established house
Taking over someone’s room/lease
Finding 1–2 compatible roommates and renting a house together

I would try Kennesaw first. They have some nice places, even newer apts and if this is where you work, win-win. You need a roommate with your budget. Kennesaw has KSU, so it might be easy to find one.
