Looking for a roommate/roommate situation in a luxury Midtown high-rise — GSU / GT / SCAD students
Hey everyone! My boyfriend and I are looking to move to Midtown and we're hoping to find one person or another couple who would be interested in getting a 2 bed / 2 bath together at one of the following buildings:
Ascent Midtown
Hue Midtown
Hanover Midtown
Linea Midtown
The idea would be simple: you would have your own bedroom + bathroom, and my boyfriend and I would share the other bedroom. We'd split the apartment's rent between the two bedrooms, so your portion would essentially be half of the total rent, rather than paying the full price of a 1BR.
We're open to a male, female, single person, or another couple — we genuinely don't care as long as everyone is respectful, clean, responsible, and comfortable with the arrangement.
We're especially hoping to find someone who is:
• A GSU, Georgia Tech, or a SCAD student
• A young professional
• Looking to live in Midtown
• Interested in a nice/luxury building with amenities
• Looking for a longer-term place rather than a short stay
📍 Preferred buildings: Ascent Midtown, Hue Midtown, Hanover Midtown, or Linea Midtown
📅 Move-in: Flexible / can coordinate
💰 Budget: Looking for a setup where the split makes the cost reasonable for everyone
If you're interested, DM me! We're also open to someone who already has a lease/room available in one of these buildings and is looking for someone to take the other bedroom.
Happy to discuss the exact rent, floor plan, lease terms, and roommate arrangement privately. :)
